By accessing or using the services provided by Prowebin Management FZE ("Prowebin", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Prowebin Management FZE provides marketing services including but not limited to: lead generation, SEO and content marketing, brand strategy and positioning, web design and development, and email marketing and automation.
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to the client prior to commencement.
Clients agree to:
Payment terms are outlined in the individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
Upon full payment of all fees, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for them. Prowebin retains ownership of all methodologies, frameworks, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property used in the delivery of services.
Prowebin reserves the right to reference the engagement and results in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Prowebin's liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business opportunities.
Marketing results, including revenue projections and pipeline estimates referenced in case studies, represent past performance and are not guarantees of future results.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
